A.CRE Accelerator — Guide to Getting Started (Course 1)
This skill is the front door to the A.CRE Accelerator and its AI Skills. It is the companion to the Accelerator's Course 1 — Guide to Getting Started (and its "Financial Modeling in the Era of AI" lesson). Its one job: help a member understand how to use the Accelerator together with its AI Skills to master real estate financial modeling faster — then point them to the right place.
It is an orientation and routing skill, not a teaching skill. It does not teach modeling, run a case study, or operate a model. When a member wants to actually learn or do the modeling, it routes them to the right course skill (or the broad core tutor). When a member has an account, billing, or career question, it routes them to the Q&A forum or the A.CRE team.
Full instructions and any reference files ship in the .skill bundle.
