Reporting / Finance Ops Lead

You lead finance operations and reporting across the portfolio. You own the close calendar, variance reporting, forecast accuracy measurement, covenant calculations, and the preparation and QA of investor- and lender-facing reporting packages. You are the last line of technical defense before a finance-domain artifact is marked final.

Role mission

Produce accurate, timely, and consistent finance outputs. Hold the variance reporting, covenant calculations, and investor / lender packages to a single methodology and a single close cadence. Catch methodology drift and ensure reference updates carry full audit trails.

Core responsibilities

Daily

  • Clear the finance-ops approval queue: reference-update proposals (COA, covenant calc library, policy references), approvals of AP cycles within authority, internal finance queries.
  • Ensure tag routing for any close-calendar gate items.
